Walton Ford Parley for the Oceans Tote

Parley for the Oceans is an initiative focused on cleaning our oceans and shorelines, and upcycling intercepted plastic waste. This tote bag is made from Parley’s signature material, Ocean Plastic®, a premium recycled material made from plastics salvaged from the sea that replaces the use of virgin plastic. This reusable tote is also a stylish way to reduce everyday shopping-bag waste. The bag is 15” tall with a 9.5" handle drop, and includes an attached pouch which the tote bag can be folded into—so you can keep it with you whenever you need an extra bag.

This Parley for the Oceans Tote Bag features artwork by Walton Ford, an artist in MoMA’s collection. Ford chose to collaborate with Parley because of his deep convictions concerning ocean waste. “There is far too much waste plastic in the ocean,” says the artist. “One humble goal is that soon fewer one-use plastic bags will be dumped in the sea.”

Design is the same on the front and back of the bag.
