Local Delivery
What are your delivery fees?
- We offer free local delivery for any purchases that total HK$500 or more.
- For orders less than HK$500, the delivery fee is HK$60 per order.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address, postal mailbox, failed delivery attempts, recipient refusal, or unresponsive customer phone within the delivery timeframe, we can arrange one re-delivery. If the package remains unclaimed after this re-delivery, customers may be charged for the re-shipping fees, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
What are the covered service areas?
- Currently we can deliver to commercial or residential addresses within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport and all outlying islands). We may refund to customer if their order placed with delivery addresses in these locations.
- Delivery services are not available for locations inaccessible to courier trucks or in buildings without elevator access.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery service and require customers to collect their orders at our physical store.
- We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when orders are left at the recipient’s door or security/management office upon the customer's request.
- We do not offer international shipping.
How long until I receive my order?
- Once the order is placed successfully, the system will inform you of the order confirmation. The estimated delivery date for your order will fall within 7-10 working days from the date that you receive your order confirmation email.
- Pre-order products may be subject to special delivery arrangements or dispatch times. This information will be indicated on the relevant product's detail page.
- Certain products may require special delivery arrangements or have specific dispatch times. Customers will be informed of any such details by our customer service team as and when necessary.
- Deliveries are handled by a third-party carrier, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimated delivery date.
